Workshop
The Presense of Oil: A writing workshop in poetry and/or prose responding to the “Conscious Oil” Exhibition During an afternoon of discussion and writing, led by poet Katherine Gallagher and printmaker Emily Johns, we will find ways into the ‘Presence’ of oil through an exploration of the pictures, writing exercises and feedback.
Tickets: £15 /£12 Concessions.

Screening of the film "Gasland" followed by a talk on the proposed crime of "Ecocide" and a discussion. Gasland is a film showing the damage done to the earth, the water courses and to human health as a result of "fracking.

An evening of theatre, music and art around the story of oil, from its humble sacred beginnings to our thirst for more and more of the 'black gold'.
